 QVC Launch: 

• Trials & tribulations to get ready for QVC but after 1 year an order arrives.
• Randall prints the recipe cards in Montreal and fly’s to LA to inspect the first shipment leaving from Royal.
• February 2000 the Turbo Cooker ™ airs for the first time. The first attempt is not successful, primarily because of lack of On Air experience. Given a 2^nd chance the partners hire Cathy Mitchell to be the Presenter who is successful, and the product inventory is sold out, and The Turbo is now alive.
