Among emails received daily(GT website and Yahoo Group) several themes start to emerge, one being that Steamcooking ™ technology and the Turbo Cooker® are making life easier for diabetics.
Chris contacts the Canadian Diabetic Association in Toronto, followed by the partners demonstrating the efficiency and health benefits. They impress the Association and the partners are invited to demonstrate at a national conference in Vancouver. At the same time, the Canadian Diabetic Association runs a number of the recipes through their kitchen and evaluate and rate them. These are now available.
