All-in-One Cooking:
One of the side benefits to the Steamcooking ™ process is that in designing the tri-stepped dome cover we substantially enlarged the cooking area so that a complete 3 Course meal could be cooked in one utensil at one time.
The dome cover holds more cooking area than the base. The ledge system of the base allows the cover to sit inside the base, trapping the steam to be used in cooking the foods in the rack area.
The steam rack system allows various foods to be cooked on top of what ever is cooking in the base. The wire rack can cook food such as; broccoli, asparagus, ears of corn and other such medium and large vegetables, or par cooked foods that have been started in the base, or foods that start on the rack but are then completed in the base.

The mesh rack holds smaller vegetables such as pees, corn nibblets and other such small vegetables, and par cooked foods that have been started in the base. Also, foods that start on the rack but can then be completed in the base, such as Couscous, rice and other fine grained foods as well as poaching foods such as fish and seafood.
