The Steamcooking ™ technology allows you to cook from frozen ingredients without having to defrost them. As an example. The following recipe was made in just 12 minutes and from frozen ingredients. Frozen chicken goes in the base, is seasoned and then fresh potato wedges go around it. Frozen vegetables go on the steam rack and in just 12 minutes the chicken defrosts, cooks and browns, all the while cooking the vegetable.
