Patented Dome Cover:
The stainless steel dome cover has a unique design. It is engineered to capture, convert and circulate the rising steam into turbo powered convection steam. In addition the interior of the cover is polished to reflect the heat back into the base. All of this accelerates the cooking process.

Patented Dual Ledge System:
The dual ledge system which is incorporated into the base allows the cover to rest in its own area (making a vapor seal). The 2nd separate area of the ledge
holds the steam racks. Two completely separate “ledges” allow the functionality of the racks without effecting where the cover makes contact with the base.

Patented Interlocking Racks:
The interlocking or Stack Racks are covered by their own Patent. The lower mesh rack is designed for small vegetables & poaching while the wire rack is used for steaming and holding food hot. The 2 racks lock together so they can both be removed at the same time.

Patented Steam Vent Knob:
The steam vent knob allows steam to exit thru an opening in the top of the cover, to control the cooking environment inside. The steam vent knob also has a detachable timer which inserts into the knobs housing. The timer assists the user in regulating the cooking time.
